The scooter has landed!

Well my Spring quilt finally arrived at its destination and just in time for the recipient's birthday.

Lovely Valerie has a very entertaining blog and during one of my little research reads I discovered that she owns this little beauty!

So I couldn't resist. I had to make her something with a scooter on it and came up with this.

scooter bag

I did the scooter image in a funky floral. It's just a little bit 70's which I absolutely love.

And the spotty interior to finish.

Oh, and I forgot to show you the back of the quilt.

Spring quilt back

So another of my little quilts has found its new home.  My other one for the Doll Quilt Swap III is still winging its way to its secret destination.

So here's another sneaky peak.  Hopefully you can see the whole thing soon!

Doll Quilt Swap III

I have much to do this week including mailing out my apron for the Sassy Apron swap which just needs a few extra touches and my extra little quilt swap quilt should be on its way soon too.

And finally, before I rest my weary bones, I would like to thank you all for your good wishes on the launch of our patterns. It's very exciting and we can't quite believe they are finally here.

LOVE that scooter bag! I checked out your terrific patterns at the Amitie stand at the Perth Craft and Quilt Show :) It was a treat to see your beautiful aprons in "real" life.
