Girls, Girls, Girls!

My baby girl turned two today!!

The Birthday Girl

She wasn't quite sure what all the fuss was about.

The Birthday Girl

But joined in anyway.

The Birthday Girl

Happy Birthday my little pudding!

I don't have a lot to show you as I haven't been doing much other than my Christmas ornaments. But I did take five minutes to throw together this little skirt for my big girl on the weekend just for the fun of it. I quite like how it turned out and she seems happy with it.

A skirt for Chloe

But mostly I have been working very hard on finishing my christmas ornaments in between many social commitments. Unfortunately I was a day late so fingers crossed they all reach their destination soon!

Here are 'the girls'!

The Girls!

I have started to receive some of my ornaments from my much more organised swap partners and I am absolutely blown away by how gorgeous they are. I still have to takes photos of one of them and will post them next time.

And now it's on to all the other Christmas sewing!

What a cutie! I hope the birthday celebrations went well. I love the skirt. Grace is constantly growing out of her jeans so I have several pairs I could try that on. I feel a project coming on! I love the christmas ornaments - they are fab.

I've ruined a couple pair of jeans trying to make a skirt like that - I can never get the cut straight. How do you do it?

Happy belated birthday!

Love the skirt idea - would be excellent for my oldest. Most of her jeans still fit around the waist, but are much too short.

Just found you via Sew Mama Sew - and will be back!
